Advocate Communication is seeking an Advertising Sales Manager for the Danville, Kentucky office.
We invite Advertising Professionals from any media industry to apply. (Newspaper, Radio, TV etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Manage promotions, advertising solutions and workflow of the advertising department.
- Strategy plan development and follow through
- Drive sales
- Support the development of organizations plan with advertising strategy and objectives
- Create motivation among team players
- Communicate effectively with all departments
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with group departments
- Inspires team to embrace new products and solutions towards growth
- Develops a strong partnership with local community and keep updated on the latest industry trends
- Monitor and track performance on regular basis
Qualifications:
- Support and guide team in consultative sales approach with multiple media solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, train and motivate people
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
