Titled “A New Angle on Tradition,” the exhibit includes brightly colored pieces in the traditional rag rug weaving style, embellished with innovative techniques and designs. Hutt’s creations include unique rag bag handbags, wall hangings, table rugs and other fiber art.
Lacetree Weaving, LLC, Hutt’s fiber art studio, is located on her farm outside Perryville. She is a juried member of both the Kentucky Craft Marketing Program, and the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen, and she is also a member of the local group, the Gathering Artists.
