Art day camp

The camp will offer a variety of unique art activities including but not limited to digital photography, painting, glass mosaics, and wire and jewelry work. The elements of art and principles of design will be the underlying focus of all activities, while affording the students ample opportunity for individual expression as well. Space is limited to 20.

Ages 10-15

10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 11-15

First Southern Community Art Center, Stanford

Cost: $199; includes lunch, all artist materials and instructor fees

Aviation Camps

Participants will receive a T-shirt and flight log as well as other aviation materials. Lunches and snacks will be provided.

For ages 10-16

Lexington camps: June 7-8, for ages 10-11; June 11-12, for ages 12-13; June 14-15, for ages 10-11; June 18-19, for ages 10-16; and June 21-22, for ages 14-16.

 

Arts Exploration Camp

Hands-on arts activities developed and instructed by staff, volunteers and artists are planned that will help children’s creativity continue to flow during the summer months. 

For students in second through fifth grade

1-4 p.m. July 9-13

Cost: $75 per child
