The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia, & Alzheimer’s Disease — 10:30-11:30 a.m. March 25 at Lexington Senior Center,1530 Nicholasville Road, at the corner of Alumni Drive. The one-hour presentation will explore what everyone should know about memory loss issues. To register, call 1-800-272-3900 or email infoky-in@alz.org. Registration is required. A $5 programming fee is suggested.

Lexington Ave. Helps regain mobility, strength, energy and fllexibility. Exercise for all ages. Exercises are done in a chair and with a chair. The exercises are also great for breast cancer recovery, heart patients, diabetics, arthritis, strokes and knee and hip replacements.
