LANCASTER — Authorities are spending most of today trying to learn more about the man found dead Sunday on a Garrard County farm.
About 4:30 p.m., a farmer working in his field on Ky. 39 south of Lancaster hit a body with his Bush Hog, according to Coroner Daryl Hodge.
Authorities believe the man had been dead for several days.
The body was taken to the state medical examiner’s office in Frankfort, where officials will try to determine how the man died.
Authorities did not know the man’s identity this morning, but Hodge said they have a few clues that might help identify him.
