Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce will host its 94th annual celebration Friday at Danville Country Club. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with the awards presentation at 7:30 p.m.

Awards will include:
School Bell Award — presented to volunteers in the three local school districts.
Outstanding Ambassador Award — recognizes an ambassador who has been dedicated to calling, visiting and informing chamber members of networking opportunities, as well as serving on the welcoming committee for chamber events, ribbon cuttings, open houses and ground-breakings.
Bruce Montgomery Alumni Leadership Award — presented to a Leadership Boyle County alumni for continued leadership qualities and involvement with the program.
Outstanding Business Person — presented to an individual for community service, civic leadership, personal character, peer respect, and chamber involvement.
Outstanding Small Business and Outstanding Large Business Awards — presented to businesses for growth, business appearance, community service and chamber participation.
Outstanding Citizen Award — presented to an individual who has heavily volunteered time and talent to benefit the community in many areas.
The Legacy Award — recognizes an individual who has left his/her thumbprint on our community in a significant way.
Community Impact Award — recognizes a new organization making a significant difference in our community.
A non-profit volunteer award also is given, along with a Director’s Award, which recognizes significant contributions to the chamber.
