Four Boyle County residents were indicted last week on multiple first-degree wanton endangerment charges for allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine with minor children present.
Bettina Preston, 31, Jackqualine Hampton, 21, and David Snowden, 32, all of 1013 Queen St. in Danville, and Adam L. Wilson, 33, of Parksville, were each charged with three counts of wanton endangerment for allegedly” “creating a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury” for three children by possessing hazardous chemicals and equipment used by make meth on Nov. 9.
Hampton and Wilson also were each indicted for manufacturing and trafficking in meth, and Snowden was also indicted on three counts of being a persistent felony offender and possession of meth.
Bonds were set at $40,000 for Snowden, $30,000 each for Hampton and Wilson, and $10,000 for Preston. Danville Detective A.J. Mullins testified before the grand jury.
Others indicted in Boyle County were:
n Micheal P. Belcher, 37, of Junction City, and Dewayne Hogue, 48, of 265 Phillips Lane Spur, Danville, first-degree robbery for allegedly using force and injuring Michael Floyd during a theft on Sept. 27. Bonds were set at $20,000 each. Deputy Derek Robbins testified before the grand jury.
n Joshua Snow, 27, 109 Spring Valley, Danville, first-degree robbery for allegedly being armed and threatening the use of force while attempting to rob Steve Douglas on Nov. 11. Bond was set at $20,000. Junction City fficer P. Hatter testified.
n John Cherry, 19, of 88 Duncan Hill, Danville, and Austin J. Cox, aka Neal Cox, 19, of Waynesburg, first-degree robbery for allegedly using force and injuring Joshua Sargeant during a theft on Feb. 1. Cherry also was indicted for receiving stolen property for allegedly having a firearm owned by Sargeant in his possession on Aug. 13. Bonds were set at $25,000 for Cherry and $20,000 for Cox. Danville officer Robert Ladd testified.
n Candy Cummins, 39, of Perryville, theft more than $500 for allegedly taking items from the gift shop at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center on Oct. 30. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville officer Kyle Lyons testified.
n Sean J. Ganem, 41, of Parksville, second-degree robbery for allegedly threatening to use force while robbing the BP station in Junction City on Oct. 31. Bond was set at $10,000. Junction City Police Chief Merle Baldwin testified.
n Michael Keith Gorley, 36, of Parksville, flagrant non-support for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. John Hendrickson testified.
n Gentry Wells, 25, of 3561 Perryville Road, burglary and theft for allegedly breaking into a barn owned by Alane Mills and taking a tractor on April 14. Bond was set at $5,000. Sheriff Marty Elliott testified.
n Billy Price, 57, and Sharon Price, 49, both of Stanford, public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report changes affecting their eligibility to receive public assistance between April 2011 and March 2012. Bonds were set at $5,000. Special Agent Jason Baker of the Social Security Administration testified.
n David Patrick Jones, 34, of Harrodsburg, flagrant non-support for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000. Hendrickson testified.
n Kristin Cartwright, 23, of Nicholasville, first-degree assault and driving under the influence for allegedly crashing her vehicle and injuring a child while driving drunk on Aug. 16. Bond was set at $20,000. Deputy Dustin Clem testified.
n Clinton G. Anderson, 29, of Lancaster, two counts of flagrant non-support for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind in child support payments to two children. Bond was set at $10,000. Hendrickson testified.
