Alum Springs disposal site closed Thursday in Boyle

The Boyle County Department of Solid Waste Management has announced the Alum Springs convenience center off Ky. 300 between Junction City and Parksville will be closed Thursday.

Solid waste director Donna Fechter said workers will be repairing a damaged wire. She said the center should be open Friday morning.
