Jayme Karnes, 19, Junction City and homeless, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to second-degree, 365 days, credit for 11 days served; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; theft by unlawful taking, 365 days, concurrently, $811.11 restitution to PNC Bank.
Andrew West, 25, Parksville, theft by unlawful taking, 365 days, credit for 11 days served, $811.11 restitution to PNC Bank; first-degree criminal mischief, amended to second-degree, 365 days, concurrently; driving under the influence of intoxicants, $200, four days, credit for four days served, license suspended 120 days; and careless driving, license to be in possession and no insurance, all dismissed.
Donald L. Woods, possession of marijuana, $200; DUI, amended to reckless driving, $100; no insurance, continued; driving on suspended license, $100, 30 days, consecutively with any other time, probated one year; failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change, dismissed.
Harold Ray Griffieth, 41, 1216 Perryville Road, fourth-degree domestic assault, $100, 40 days, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated one year and two counts dismissed.
Damon Russell Herndon, Louisiana, DUI, $200, four days, credit for three days 10 hours served, license suspended 120 days; driving on suspended license, 22 days, consecutively, probated one year; careless driving, dismissed.
Jonathan P. King-Griffin, 20, 13 Berkley Drive, fourth-degree domestic assault, $100, 30 days, probated one year; probation violation, 20 days, consecutively, credit for four days served, remaining time probated one year.
Jordan L. Miller, 20, Stanford, and Jessamine County Detention Center, receiving stolen property less than $500, 120 days, credit for 120 days served, $100 restitution to Cook’s Collectibles; and rear license not illuminated, no seat belt, failure to notify Department of Transportation of address change and contempt of court, all dismissed.
Matthew Clifton Mills, 34, Harrodsburg, theft by unlawful taking, $200, 35 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year, $23.48 restitution to Liquor Mart.
