A Danville man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck Tuesday afternoon, police said.
About 3:40 p.m., Joshua Hensley, 34, of Danville, was driving a 2003 Nissan Altima on the bypass near Davco Drive, police said. Hensley lost control of the vehicle and crossed through the median into the southbound lanes. Then, the vehicle crossed the median again from the opposite direction and ended up back in the original northbound lanes, police said. At that point, Hensley’s vehicle traveled into the Davis Farm property and struck a fence.
No other vehicles were involved in the wreck, police said. Hensley was transported by ambulance to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. As of press time, police did not know the extent of Hensley’s injuries or what caused him to lose control of his vehicle. There are no charges pending against Hensley at this time.
