Garrard County Water Association urging voluntary water conservation

LANCASTER — The Garrard County Water Association is asking its customers to voluntarily conserve water as much as possible due to drought conditions.

The association, which serves 5,400 customers, asks people to eliminate non-essential water uses such as yard work or filling swimming pools until further notice.
