Lane closure in effect for U.S. 68 (Chinns Curve) in Mercer County
HARRODSBURG — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways said a temporary lane closure is in effect for U.S. 68 (Chinns Curve) in Mercer County. The closure is necessary for survey work to be completed.

 Dates and times for the survey work:

Friday, March 8 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 9 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Work may continue on Sunday, March 10, during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. if deemed necessary.
 
The location for the single-lane closure is between mile point 18 and mile point 19.
 
Appropriate signage and flaggers are in place to guide and direct the traveling public.
 
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone and to use safe driving habits when traveling through the work area.
