Wells Fargo Financial of Kentucky Inc. vs. Marguerite Phillips, judgment for plaintiff and order of sale, $115,823 plus interest and fees.
Estate of Shirley M. Claunch vs. Greg Dotson and Carrie Dotson, agreed judgment for plaintiff, defendants to deed property back to the estate, and estate will sell property to settle all estate debts and pay $6,000 to defendants.
Kimberly Ann Bailey vs. Brian David Bailey, divorce granted.
