Ball, 25, 414 Patrician Place, first-degree fleeing police; convicted felon in possession of a handgun; tampering with physical evidence; receiving stolen property, firearm; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or more offense; first-degree robbery; and kidnapping, all referred to grand jury; and carrying a concealed deadly weapon, dismissed.
