Danielle Conley, Ohio, theft by deception, 10 days; two counts of contempt of court, one count dismissed and one count given 10 days, consecutively, credit for 20 days served; non-payment of fines, dismissed, check paid.

Lisa McManus, 50, 318 Caldwell St., second-degree domestic assault, amended to fourth-degree, 90 days, credit for 15 days served, remaining time probated one year.

Caroline B. Mills, 33, 945 Pecos Circle, first-degree criminal mischief, amended to third-degree, 90 days, credit for 12 days served, remaining time probated one year, $489 restitution; fourth-degree domestic assault, 32 days, consecutively, probated the same.

Mary Caitlyn Reeves, 20, 126 W. Secretariat Drive, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $200, license suspended 120 days; no insurance, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; first-degree possession of controlled substance, cocaine, amended to third-degree, 365 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated two years.

Levi J. Stocker, second-degree criminal mischief, dismissed; first-degree fleeing police, amended to second-degree, 365 days; resisting arrest, 180 days; DUI , $250, four days, all time concurrently, to serve 120 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated two years, license suspended 120 days.

Clayton Able, Kenton and Covington, third-degree terroristic threatening, amended to disorderly conduct, seven days, credit for seven days served; contempt of court, dismissed.

Bradley Scott Downs, Winchester, theft by unlawful taking, $200, 60 days, credit for six days served, remaining time probated one year, $7.39 restitution, banned from Kroger.

Taylor P. Elliott, 23, Harrodsburg, giving officer false name or address, eight days, credit for eight days served; theft by deception less than $500, to serve 60 days, consecutively, $200 restitution.

James R. Proffitt, 26, 409 Sanders Clay, fourth-degree domestic assault, $100, 30 days, credit for five days served, remaining time probated one year.
