Rex Batten, 27, 344 Barr St., no seat belt; driving on DUI-suspended license, second offense in five years; no insurance; DUI, third offense.
Daniel S. Patrick, 29, 132 Marimon Ave., three counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, two counts dismissed; three counts of second-degree forgery, two counts dismissed, sent to grand jury; and theft by unlawful taking and failure to appear, both continued in district court.
Lashaun Lee Clemons, 33, 309 Clark St., making false statement to obtain increase of benefits more than $100.
