Hampton, 21, 1013 Queen St., carrying a concealed deadly weapon; possession of drug paraphernalia; manufacturing meth; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to three counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child.
David E. Snowden, 33, 1013 Queen St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to three counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child.
