Jeremiah Carrier, 31, 643 Goshen Cut-off, theft by unlawful taking, amended to less than $500, 180 days, probated two years, $1,700 restitution.

Anna L. Wethington, 49, Hustonville, theft by unlawful taking, 365 days, probated two years, $3,592 restitution, banned from Dollar General Store.

Ricky J. Bishop 26, Hustonville, violation of protective order, 90 days, probated two years.

Brandon L. Broaddus, 31, Crab Orchard, violation of protective order, 90 days, probated two years.

James M. Miller, Mount Vernon, theft by unlawful taking, 40 days, probated two years; third-degree criminal trespassing, $100, banned from Walmart.

Roy Dale Patterson II, Michigan, rear license not illuminated, merged; DUI, $200 fine, $375 fee, license suspended 30 days.

Melissa Brunty Johnson, 42, 104 Douglas St., theft by unlawful taking, $200, 40 days, to serve 10 days, remaining time probated two years, banned from Walmart.

Issac Maggard, 38, 211 Hamilton Ave., second-degree disorderly conduct, $100, 30 days, probated two years; third-degree terroristic threatening, merged.

Christian L. Stubbs, 32, 404 Lancaster St., second-degree criminal mischief, amended to third-degree, $989 restitution to land owner; no insurance, amended to no insurance card, $50.

 

GRAND JURY 

Cases referred to the Lincoln County grand jury recently include:

Roger Wayne Fox II, 28, 114 Eastwood Drive, manufacturing meth and five counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

Jason Perry, 29, 245 Berry Hollow Road, manufacturing meth and five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.

Kenneth Shelton Jr., 42, 245 Berry Hollow Road, manufacturing meth and five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, referred to the grand jury; and first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, dismissed.
