GRAND JURY

Cases referred to the Casey County grand jury recently include:

David Lee Naylor, 40, 444 R.D. Floyd Road, third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking, referred to the grand jury; and two counts of theft by unlawful taking, six months on each count, concurrently, credit for time served.
