STANFORD — A Lincoln County man accused of distributing pornographic electronic images to a minor was arrested Wednesday.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported to 885 Goshen Road, Lot 58, and arrested David Alsman, 46, on a Kenton County warrant.
The warrant said an investigation that started in 2010 revealed Alsman allegedly had sent more than 85 pornographic emails to what he thought was a 14-year-old girl, according to a press release.
Police said the emails contained 44 images and 40 videos of adult pornographic scenes, and 15 images of Alsman.
Alsman was charged with prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure a minor/sex offense. He was lodged in the Lincoln County Regional Jail and will be transferred to Kenton County.
