Two injured in Boyle crash

Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Saturday night in Danville, police said.

About 8:25 p.m., William Miller, 46, of Danville was driving a 2009 Dodge Caravan eastbound on the Danville bypass near Denmark Drive, police said.

Miller was trying to turn left onto Denmark Drive and collided with a 1996 Toyota Camry driven by Marie Alcorn, 42, of Parksville, police said.

The force of the impact caused Alcorn’s Camry to collide with a 2009 Mercedes Benz driven by William Johnson, 51, of Harrodsburg, police said.

Alcorn and Johnson’s vehicles were traveling westbound on the bypass.

Alcorn and a male juvenile passenger, who police did not identify, were treated at the scene for unknown injuries and transported to Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center for further treatment. The extent of their injuries was unknown at press time today.

No additional injuries were reported in connection with the crash, according to police.
