The Hudson-Ellis Advisory Board is pleased to announce that grants will again be awarded to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, schools and exempt governmental units or their subdivisions serving Boyle County. Most grants will be in the range of $5,000 to $10,000.
To apply, email a two-page letter (maximum) and IRS Letter of Determination by 4 p.m. on July 17 to Kassie Branham at kbranham@bgcf.org.
- Letters should include:
- Description of your grant request
- Amount requested
- Detailed project budget narrative
- Supporting documentation from any collaborating agencies
- Committed or proposed funders
- Anticipated outcomes of project and measurement
All 501(c)3 organizations that wish to apply for grants must have a complete GoodGiving.net portrait.
Schools and exempt government units are not eligible to have GoodGiving.net portraits, but will be asked to provide supporting documentation. Contact Barbara Fischer at (859) 225-3343 or bfischer@bgcf.org for more information.
Agencies are encouraged to collaborate on projects. The foundation requests only one letter of inquiry per agency.
A committee of Boyle County residents will review the letters and decide which agencies will be awarded grants. You may be asked to provide additional information.
