James A. “Jim” Kehoe, 81, of Danville, died Monday, July 17, 2012.
Born Oct. 1, 1930, in New Albany, Ind., he was a son of Gary and Katherine Kehoe. He retired from Northpoint Training Center and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Buhler Kehoe; daughters, Kathleen (Philip) Van Mann of Richmond and Julie (Pat) Comer of Camby, Ind.; a son, Mike (Sarah) Kehoe of Campbellsville; a sister, Wanda (Don) Miller of Clarksville, Ind.; and nine grandchildren.
The funeral mass will be 11 a.m. Friday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The celebrant will be Father Tom Farrell.
Pallbearers are Leroy Merkler, Tom Nolan, Pat Comer, Philip Von Mann, Matt Nolan, Greg Johnson and Jerry Meyer.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Interment will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
