MARCH 21

 1:35 a.m., caller believes someone is in her home on Highland Court.

11:43 a.m., report of theft from a vehicle parked in employee lot at Walmart; assistance given.

12:08 p.m., male shoplifter in custody at Walmart.

12:27 p.m., a male and female walking a dog on Sycamore Street made threatening remarks to the caller while she also was walking her dog; the male subject threatened to come back to her home and hit her dog with a shovel.

1:34 p.m., report of a suicidal female who may have slit her wrist; assistance given.

1:57 p.m., caller is concerned about a small dog  locked in a vehicle with the windows rolled up at Kroger; gone upon officer's arrival.

2:56 p.m., report that a theft just occurred at Auto Zone; subjects left in a maroon-colored car.

3:24 p.m., adult male shoplifter is in custody at Walmart.

4:59 p.m., report of a two-vehicle accident on Citation Drive.

5:13 p.m., vehicle is stuck in city parking garage.

6:09 p.m., report of criminal mischief to a window on Silvercreek Drive.

6:18 p.m., report of criminal mischief to a vehicle that occurred yesterday.

6:49 p.m., caller believes his apartment on East Walnut Street was burglarized while he was in jail.

8:02 p.m., report that a female is laying in the middle of O'Hara Drive; caller can see the female moving.

9:22 p.m., a female may be suicidal; assistance given.
