LANCASTER — City and county law enforcement raided a home Sunday at 4246 Fall Lick Road, leading to the arrest of three people.
After executing a search warrant, officers found a number of weapons including an assault rifle and a small indoor marijuana grow operation, said Lancaster Police Chief Rodney Kidd on Tuesday.
Ebony Black, 21, of Lancaster; Jeffery W. Moore, 28, of Stanford; and Cody J. Morgan, 26, of Lancaster were all arrested at the scene and transported to Lincoln County Regional Jail, Kidd said. Black almost immediately bonded out of custody.
As of Tuesday morning, Moore and Morgan were still in custody. Morgan, who faces two charges of trafficking marijuana, one charge of cultivating marijuana and one count of illegally possessing a firearm, must come up with a $5,000 cash bond to be released. Moore is being held on a $2,500 cash bond for allegedly cultivating and trafficking marijuana.
Moore and Morgan both face a preliminary hearing in Garrard County District Court at 9 a.m. Monday. A preliminary hearing date for Black has not been set, and information about her alleged offenses was not available.
