Boyle County grand jury indicts 16

A Boyle County grand jury recently indicted the following people on the charges listed:

  • Andrew West, 24, of 2160 Johnson Branch Road, Parksville, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft less than $500 for allegedly breaking into Sandra Hale’s house and taking personal property on Jan. 5 and Jan. 9. Bond was set at $10,000. Deputy Dustin Clem testified.
  • Andrew Miller Mull, 20, of 1804 U.S. 68 West, Perryville, flagrant non support for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on his child support payments. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Charles D. Lynn, 42, of Liberty, fleeing police and driving under the influence for allegedly attempting to flee after police stopped his vehicle on Jan. 14. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Al Isaacs testified.
  • William C. Lay, 35, 35 Mocks Creek Drive, alleged possession of alprazolam on Aug. 22. Bond was set $2,000. Isaacs testified.
  • Jacob Lee. Harrison, 27, of Leitchfield, forgery for allegedly having a forged check for $698 drawn on PNC bank on Aug. 3. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Robert Ladd testified.
  • Isaiah Gatliff, 28, 215 Buell St., Perryville, two counts of forgery and theft over $500 for allegedly having two checks totaling $500 drawn on Farmers Deposit Bank and taking jewelry belonging to Edna and Floyd Cook in January. Bond was set at $10,000. Clem testified.
  • Ryan D. Fowler, 20, 1009 Greenview Drive, burglary and theft more than $500 for allegedly breaking into a building owned by Jeremy Durham and taking a DVD player and wireless harness on Oct. 16. Bond was set at $10,000. Ladd testified.
  • Bradley D. Elder, 34, 1455 Tennessee Ridge, Parksville, counterfeiting for allegedly passing a counterfeit bill at Champion Marathon on Jan. 6. Bond was set at $10,000. Danville Officer Chad Smith testified.
  • Bennie C. Duggan Jr., 48, 312 N. Sixth St., flagrant non support for allegedly falling more than $5,000 behind on his child support payments for seven minor children. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Dennis Davis, 26, 13630 U.S. 127 South, Danville, alleged possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia and promoting contraband for allegedly bringing an illegal item into the Boyle County Detention Center on Jan. 5. Bond was set at $10,000. Danville Officer Ricky Sellers testified.
  • Brian Daniels, 28, of Lawrenceburg, three counts of forgery for allegedly having three forged checks totaling $535 drawn on JP Morgan Bank in May. Bond was set at $10,000. Danville Detective A.J. Mullins testified.
  • David Brewer III, 32, of Lexington, forgery for allegedly having a forged check for $500 drawn on Farmers National Bank on Jan. 25. Bond was set at $5,000. Clem testified.
  • Virginia M. Blackburn, 49, of 332 Forrest Ave., theft more than $500 for allegedly taking merchandise from Kroger on Nov. 22. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Kyle Lyons testified.
  • Amy T. Anness, 33, of Harrodsburg, two counts of counterfeiting for allegedly passing counterfeit bills at Burke’s Bakery on Dec. 11 and Dec. 22. Bond was set at $20,000. Smith testified.
  • Juaqua A. Beasley, 24, 224 North St., burglary and terroristic threatening for allegedly breaking in to Amanda Vaught’s residence and threatening to assault her and her minor children on Nov. 6. Bond was set at $10,000. Danville Officer Adam Harmon testified.
  • Monty J. Anderson, 26, of Harrodsburg, fourth-offense DUI, driving on a suspended license and wanton endangerment for allegedly driving drunk with a minor passenger in his vehicle on Jan. 13. Bond was set at $10,000. Isaacs testified.
