The following people were indicted this week by a Boyle County grand jury:
- Jeremiah O. Johnson, 37, and Elizabeth J. Cummins, 34, both of 315 E. Main St., three counts each of possession of a forged instrument for allegedly having three forged checks drawn on Farmers National Bank in May and June. Bonds were set at $10,000 each. Trooper Rodney Wren testified before the grand jury.
- Shamar Dewayne Lewis, 28, of 351 Holtzclaw Ave., allegedly trafficking in cocaine on March 20. Bond was set at $5,000. KSP Detective Keith Addison testified.
- Robert D. Martin, 20, of Junction City, allegedly trafficking in oxycodone on April 22. Bond was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
- Vincent Napier, 45, Boyle County Detention Center, bail jumping for allegedly failing to show up for a status hearing in Boyle Circuit Court on June 5. Bond was set at $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.
- Brandon R. Pelfrey, 27, 4420 Lebanon Road, alleged possession of methadone on Feb. 24. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Ryan Lipscomb testified.
- Mitchell Ray, 20, of Mason Avenue, Danville, allegedly trafficking in cocaine on March 29. Bond was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
- Kristina M. Robertson, 41, 404 N. Third St., public assistance fraud for allegedly failing to report a change affecting her ability to receive public assistance between June 2010 and October 2011. Bond was set at $5,000. Ian Roper testified.
- Michael L. Stephens, 34, of Parksville, alleged possession of methamphetamine on May 18. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Al Isaacs testified.
- Amy L. Stevens, 23, of Stanford, and Benjamin C. Anderson, 25, of Crab Orchard, receiving stolen property for allegedly having wire and electric motors valued at more than $500 and belonging to Bob Caminish on May 9. Bonds were set at $5,000 each. Junction City Police Chief Merl Baldwin testified.
- Floyd J. Stevens, 45, of Junction City, alleged trafficking in oxycodone on July 15, 2011. Bond was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
- Ashley C. Tharp, 30, of Crab Orchard, alleged possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence on May 18. Bond was set at $10,000. Isaacs testified.
- Judy Brown, 55, 231 Sycamore Drive, first-degree trespassing and theft less than $500 for allegedly shoplifting merchandise from Walmart, from which she had been banned, on May 1. Bond was set at $4,000. Danville Officer Lisa Graff testified.
- Jacob Bell, 25, of 413 N. Fourth St., and Dustin Fifer, 22, of Junction City, alleged trafficking in oxycodone on April 22. Bonds were set at $10,000. Addison testified.
- Kayla Gaskin, 24, and Juan L. Gonzalez, 26, both of 527 Denmark Drive, theft more than $500 for allegedly taking a generator from Tractor Supply on April 30. Bonds were set at $5,000. Danville Officer Kyle Lyons testified.
- Sheila Henry, 47, of Harrodsburg, third-degree assault for allegedly kicking Junction City Officer Parker Hatter on April 29. Bond was set $5,000. Hatter testified.
- Shana L. Hopkins, 24, of Crab Orchard, receiving stolen property for allegedly having a firearm owned by David Gilpin on May 2. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville Officer Mike Ashhurst testified.
- Kyle Steven Johnson, 24, 834 Crosshill Road, two counts for burglary and two counts of theft for allegedly breaking into the homes of Rick Axtell and Marsha Shackleton on April 19 and taking items from both residences. Bond was set at $20,000. Danville Detective Todd Davis testified.
