A Matter of Balance — begin 9:30 a.m. Sept. 17 at the Lincoln County Public Library, 201 Lancaster St., Stanford. Class is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Helps regain mobility, strength, energy and flexibility. Exercise for all ages. Exercises are done in a chair and with a chair.
