Program on Alzheimer’s offered
A free program about legal and financial planning for people with Alzheimer’s disease will be 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 16 at Boyle County Public Library.
When caring for someone with dementia, acting sooner rather than later is the key to good preparation and knowing what to expect in the future.
The program will provide invaluable knowledge about making sound legal and financial plans for current and future needs.
Presented by legal and financial experts, the program provides the opportunity for participants to explore their options and ask questions about their specific situations in a relaxed, causal atmosphere.
The program is sponsored by a grant from the Margaret T. Stoeckinger Foundation’s Caring for the Caregiver Fund and is free to the public.
Registration is required by calling 1-800-272-3900 or emailing infoky-in@alz.org.
