JANUARY 29
12:55 a.m., report that a suspicious car is parked in front of a van occupied by two females and one male at Super 8 Motel; one of the females went inside the back of the motel then left; the vehicle was last seen going toward the Time Warner parking lot; extra patrol is requested.
1:11 a.m., a 22-year-old male has attempted suicide; all weapons have been taken away; subject is extremely intoxicated.
8:09 a.m., report of a suspicious male with a telescopic lens on his camera and is taking pictures of Bate Middle School; unable to locate subject.
9:25 a.m., non-injury accident and Lebanon Road is blocked.
10:26 a.m., caller is reporting that a wallet was stolen from a shopping cart at Walmart; citizen will be waiting for an officer at the service desk; 11:10 a.m., complainant called back and advised they had found the wallet at home.
10:44 a.m., caller is reporting a lost passport.
11 a.m., two adult male shoplifters are in custody at Walmart.
11:31 a.m., a female is in police department lobby in reference to having her boyfriend removed from her East Walnut Street property.
12:04 p.m., two-vehicle accident at Fackler and Second streets.
12:19 p.m., caller's vehicle was broken into overnight on Centre College Campus.
12:31 p.m., caller came home to Long Run Community apartment and heard someone in the attic; assistance given and premises checks out OK.
1:05 p.m., report of a stolen moped from Caldwell Street residence.
1:10 p.m., subject has found what is believed to be drugs inside a home where people are being evicted on Caldwell Street; evidence gathered; 2:43 p.m., subject has found more drug paraphernalia at the residence.
2:07 p.m., driver has struck a gas pump at Triangle Mart; no injuries or fire conditions.
3:40 p.m., report of a male trying to open vehicles parked on South Third Street; subject spotted on Clark Street; assistance given.
3:59 p.m., report of a male walking down West Martin Luther King Blvd. is trying to get into parked vehicles; unable to locate subject.
5:26 p.m., a physical domestic assault just occurred at apartment; male is leaving with two small children.
6:24 p.m., officers are requested to be on the lookout for a car in Super 8 Motel parking lot in reference to a domestic altercation that occurred in Lincoln County; vehicle found at Best Western; Lincoln County notified.
6:27 p.m., male is refusing to leave East Walnut Street residence; assistance given.
7:38 p.m., female shoplifter in custody at Walmart; arrest made; 8:28 p.m., social services notified; 9:32 p.m., the female subject and child are missing from the police department; 9:33 p.m., female and child were found behind a cruiser in the sallyport; 11:33 p.m., another female is now in police department lobby to pick up her grandchild; midnight, the infant's father is in the side lobby at police department; 12:13 a.m., male has been cleared from side lobby; 12:14 a.m., social services supervisor is in front lobby; 1:07 a.m., female is in the side lobby with milk for the infant.
7:44 p.m., a male is acting suspiciously at Speedway; assistance given.
7:56 p.m., vehicle stop at Main Street; arrest made.
9:07 p.m., a 22-year-old female has locked herself in the bedroom with a knife; assistance given.
11:57 p.m., a female has her 11-year-old child in the side lobby at the police department and is requesting to speak to an officer about some messages the child has on Facebook.
