10:04 a.m., vehicle stop on Hustonville Road and the bypass; arrest made.

12:59 p.m., caller is requesting an officer to check on the welfare of her mother who she has been unable to contact since early yesterday; caller has been admitted to hospital out of town; officer advised that the mother has been admitted to local hospital.

1:38 p.m., two-vehicle accident on South Fourth Street.

2:05 p.m., Boyle County Public Library is reporting a damaged door on a storage building.

2:35 p.m., report that a vehicle was broken into overnight at Arnold Tower.

2:45 p.m., report of a theft from a vehicle on West Broadway.

3:30 p.m., two-vehicle accident at Fourth and Walnut streets.

4:35 p.m., report of criminal mischief at Bellevue Cemetery.

5 p.m., caller is reporting a physical domestic altercation at Long Run Community apartment.

6:58 p.m., there is a subject with a red car at Mr. Miser in Perryville who may be under the influence of narcotics.

9:22 p.m., subject on Church Street has active warrants; arrest made.
