Four people accused of burglarizing a Domino’s Pizza last month have been arrested, Danville police said.
Dexter O. Brand, 22, of 817 E. Main St. in Danville; Deodric R. Nealy, 19, of Beech Street in Danville; Gregory D. Stallworth, 20, of 530 Denmark Dr. in Danville; and Tara M. Aranda, 23, of 301 N. Hill-N-Dale St. in Danville, are all being held in Boyle County Detention Center.
Brand, Nealy and Stallworth are all charged with felony third-degree burglary and felony tampering with physical evidence, while Aranda is only charged with third-degree burglary.
The arrests stemmed from an incident on July 6 where the four suspects allegedly broke into Domino’s Pizza at 423 S. 4th St. and stole the store’s safe, said Danville Police Chief Tony Gray.
Brand, Nealy and Stallworth are each being held on a $10,000 bond, while Aranda’s release requires a $20,000 cash-only bond.
If convicted of third-degree burglary, each suspect faces one to five years incarceration and a fine of up to $10,000. A tampering with physical evidence conviction could net Brand, Nealy and Stallworth another one to five years imprisonment and a fine of up to $10,000.
