LANCASTER — The following people were indicted last week by a Garrard County grand jury:
- Julie Preston, 23, 24 New Haven Lane, alleged trafficking in cocaine and marijuana in September 2011. Bond was set at $10,000. Kentucky State Police detective Bruce Crouch testified before the grand jury.
- James Taylor, 22, of Richmond, alleged trafficking in oxycodone in May 2011. Bond was set at $10,000. Crouch testified.
- Brandon Goodlett, 26, of Nicholasville, alleged trafficking in oxycodone in December 2010. Bond was set at $10,000. Crouch testified.
- Curtis Charles, 31, of Edgewater, Fla., alleged trafficking in oxycodone in July 2010. Bond was set at $10,000. Crouch testified.
- Jason Turner, 26, of Lancaster, burglary for allegedly illegally entering the home of Henry Shearer with the intent to commit a crime on Dec. 16. No bond was set. Deputy Ryan Hughes testified.
- Jesse Noe, 33, 334 High Bridge Road, allegedly resisting arrest and possession of methadone on Feb. 21. Bond was set at $7,500. Deputy Brandon Conley testitied.
- Alondo Chappell, 32, of Stanford, alleged possession of cocaine on Jan. 9. No bond was set. Commerical Vehicle Enforcement officer Matt Hutti testified.
