Bluegrass singing set
WAYNESBURG — A bluegrass singing will begin at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Waynesburg Community Center. Eleven bands will perform.
The event is sponsored by the Waynesburg Area Rescue Squad and is free to the public.
Water advisory issued in Garrard
The customers of the Garrard County Water Association are under a voluntary water conservation advisory. Garrard County is asking its customers to eliminate yard watering, washing vehicles and to limit filling swimming pools.
The advisory is in effect until a general rain event occurs.
