Have breakfast with the stars

Have breakfast with Larry Vaught, sports editor with The Advocate-Messenger and six-time recipient of the Kentucky Sportswriter of the Year. 

The event begins 8 a.m. Saturday at the Garrard County Senior Citizens Center, 153 Farra Drive, Lancaster. Cost is $6.

A story in Sunday’s Advocate-Messenger incorrectly identified public parking and shuttle bus routes for Thursday’s vice presidential debate.

Bluegrass Ultra-Transit Service will run continuous, free shuttle service for the general public 9 a.m.-midnight the day of the debate from First Christian Church on Lexington Avenue and First Baptist Church on U.S. 127. For more information call (859) 238-2260.
