1:52 p.m., report of criminal michief on Ponder Court to survey equipment; assistance given. 

1:55 p.m., officers present at Shaker Point Apartments side lobby to investigate missing property.

2:04 p.m., report of a vehicle broken into overnight on Dorothy Avenue; assistance given.

2:36 p.m., a caller at Burger¿King reports an accident involving a silver Buick and white Nissan; assistance given. 

3:01 p.m.; report of two subjects at Triangle Mart asking for rides, and when people refuse they become hostile. They also may be  resisting arrest or publically intoxicated. White female wearing green shirt and white shorts, white male wearing white hat and blue shirt and gray shorts. Last seen north on Fourth Street from business; arrest made. 

5:45 p.m., advised units present at Highland Court; arrest made. 

5:58 p.m., vehicle enforcement on Lexington and Jackson. 

6:18 p.m., report of a male subject at Save-a-Lot is having trouble breathing and says he was walking from Nicholasville; officers are advised he’s on the rails beside the carts; subject refused assistance. 

6:44 p.m., subject on Holladay Drive has been advised of his rights and the situation explained to him; assistance given.

6:55 p.m., report of threatening phone calls at Latimer Heights; assistance given.  

7:33 p.m., vehicle enforcement at the U.S. 150 Bypass and Gose Pike; assistance given.  

8:17 p.m., report of a possible DUI on Russell Street; unable to locate. 

8:40 p.m., vehicle enforcement at Papa¿John’s; citation issued. 

8:53 p.m., vehicle enforcement at Bate Middle School; citation issued. 

9:08 p.m., vehicle enforcement on Lannock Drive.

9:13 p.m., vehicle enforcement at Wendy’s. 

9:21 p.m., report of two juveniles at Patrician Place. 

9:31 p.m., report of a suspicious person at Stuart Powell Ford-Mazda in a red vehicle in the back of the lot.
