Police blotter for Sept. 20

SEPTEMBER 17

 

2:14 a.m., caller from Orchard Drive is reporting his truck was just stolen.

3:52 a.m., caller from Cheryl Lane is reporting attempted burglary of a vehicle; caller heard alarm and saw two males running toward Daniel Drive.

6:24 a.m., caller can hear an alarm going off and see lights flashing in the rear of Danville Montessori School; 6:33 a.m., open door in the back of the building; fire alarm is sounding; requesting fire department; key holder will be on scene to access the alarm.

8:18 a.m., report of a vehicle on Butler Drive was broken into overnight.

8:51 a.m., a very young child is walking in the road unattended and wearing only shorts.

12:43 p.m., female victim of a domestic altercation is walking on Ky. 52 heading toward Danville; report of a domestic altercation where the female was being held against her will; there is a wrecked SUV on KY. 52 near Hubble area; 1:25 p.m., doctor at emergency room is advising the female is there in reference to a knee injury that may have occurred during the altercation; information also given to Lincoln County Sheriff’s department; Lincoln County is requesting sheriff’s department to interview the female subject at the emergency room.

1:12 p.m., a juvenile is causing a disturbance in Boyle County High School office; juvenile taken to hospital for mental evaluation.

1:49 p.m., female has attempted to cash a forged check at Community Trust Bank and the employees refused to cash it; she last was seen walking toward Speedway; unable to locate subject.

4:16 p.m., caller from Bowlarama hears several subjects talking beside the building’s back door and can smell marijuana; assistance given.

4:26 p.m., there is a suicidal female at the emergency room who also has active warrants; arrest made.

5 p.m., there is a verbal domestic altercation over the possession of a vehicle on Imperial Drive; assistance given.

9:53 p.m., there is a verbal altercation between a mother and daughter over the custody of a small child.
