3:05 a.m., audible commercial burglary alarm showing side door at Rincon Latino on South Second Street; an open door and glass breakage was found; 3:10 a.m., officers clearing the building; requesting conference with on-call detective.
8:10 a.m., a bike has been found by employees at the water treatment plant; officer retrieved bike.
8:20 a.m., sheriff’s office is requesting extra patrol at Best Western due to possible illegal activity involving multiple subjects; subject taken to hospital; 9:38 a.m., officer advised there is a missing firearm that was in the suspect’s vehicle earlier and now it isn’t there; request that EMS check the patient for the firearm; no firearm on patient; 10:18 a.m., male is being released from the hospital and has given consent to search; 11:07 a.m., officer out with male and requests the county be notified due to the subject’s aggressive behavior.
8:37 a.m., report of criminal mischief to a vehicle overnight on Alexander Drive.
11:06 a.m., caller’s Walmart gift card was stolen from her wallet inside her home on Earl Street; there was no forced entry.
11:54 a.m., report that construction material was stolen from site at Centenary Methodist Church on Perryville Road.
1:13 p.m., officer out with social services at Circle Drive residence.
3:36 p.m., female is reporting theft from her vehicle overnight on Lannock Place.
3:39 p.m., a verbal altercation just occurred between Speedway management and a female; the subject just left in a car after shoplifting and was last seen on Fifth Street; subject left in such a hurry that she left another female in the bathroom; assistance given.
3:57 p.m., report of a stolen wreath overnight on St. Anthony Drive.
5:50 p.m., caller from Dogwood Drive is reporting a phone scam; officer advised there was no crime committed but the caller just did not recognize the number.
5:56 p.m., vehicle enforcement on North Danville Bypass; arrest made.
6:52 p.m., an intoxicated male at Aldridge Lane residence is breathing but not responding to the caller; assistance given.
8:20 p.m., report that 13 juveniles are trespassing at East Main Street address; assistance given.
11:29 p.m., caller advised a black SUV is sitting on Waveland Avenue in the middle of the road with no lights on and no one inside; vehicle gone upon officer’s arrival.
