HARRODSBURG — Ray¿Simpson, 79, husband of Elaine Simpson, died Wednesday.
Born Nov. 10, 1932, in Pulaski County, he was a son of the late Coy and Marie Black Simpson. Mr. Simpson was a farmer, U.S. Army veteran, and a member of Shawnee Run Baptist Church.
Besides his wife, survivors include one son, Jerry (Glenda) Simpson of Hustonville; one grandson, Derick (Kayla) Robinson of Hustonville; and one great-grandson, Christopher Lee Coffey of Hustonville; and several cousins.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. today at Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home.
