HARRODSBURG — Ted Nelson Jr., 65, of Harrodsburg, died Friday.
He was a son of the late Ted and Helena Nelson.
Survivors include his fiancee, Ann Voris of Harrodsburg; five daughters, Elizabeth Pettit of Maine, Melissa Samons of Prestonsburg, Monica Nelson, Rachel Christian and Jennifer Faust, all of Lexington; one brother, Tom Nelson of Prestonsburg; two sisters, Karen Marcum and Mary McDonald, both of Prestonsburg; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A son, Joshua Nelson, a grandson, and a brother, Ed Nelson, preceded him in death.
Funeral services are 3 p.m. today at Sims Funeral Services.
Visitation is today from 1-3 p.m.
