CRAB ORCHARD — Anthony Wayne Brock, 41, of Waynesburg, died Monday, April 16, during a construction accident in Daleville, Ala.
Anthony was the husband of Shelly Ann Holden Brock, whom he married on March 12, 2005.
Born May 20, 1970, in Pulaski County, he was a son of Janie Griffin Brock and the late Herman Partin.
Anthony was employed by Precision Erectors and was formerly a private of theU.S. Navy. Anthony was a loving husband, father, papaw, son, brother and friend.
He also was an avid UK basketball fan.
Survivors Include his wife, Shelly Ann Brock of Waynesburg; mother, Janie Griffin Brock of Crab Orchard; stepdaughters, Miranda Baker of Stanford and Christina Baker of Waynesburg; a brother, Bill Brock of Crab Orchard; five grandchildren, Cameron Hale, Shawnrey, Chance and Evelyn Oaks and Charity Lewis.
In addition to his father, Anthony was preceded in death by his stepfather, Danny Lee Brock; paternal grandparents, Tilton and Polly Partin and Ernest and Grecian Brock; and maternal grandparents, Bill and Viola Griffin.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Bro. Thad Eubank.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 20, at McKnight Funeral Home.
