LANCASTER — Archie “A.D” East, 92, of Lancaster, died Monday
Born May 19, 1920, in Garrard County, he was the son of the late Rono and Lora Parsons East. He was a farmer, Christian and an Army Ranger in World War II.
He also was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Coffey East; and two sons, Thomas Dean East and Allen W. East.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff and Paul East, both of Lancaster; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Ramsey Funeral Home. Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday.
