MORELAND — Bob “James Robert” Harris, 81, of Hustonville, Ky., formerly of West Virginia, left his earthly home on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. 

Born Nov. 27, 1930, in Glenville, W.Va., he was a son of the late George and Genevieve Stout Harris. He was a farmer and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Coleman Harris; two sons, Todd and Gene Harris, both of Hustonville; two daughters, Anna (Gary) Morris of Roanoke, W.Va., and Cindi Harris of Hustonville; a brother, Harold Eugene Harris of West Virginia; three sisters, Isabelle Dailey, Anna Dea Davis and Betty Swadley, all of Akron, Ohio; and four grandchildren, Bailee Morris, Wyatt and Nicholas Harris, and Parker Richards.

Funeral services are 7:30 p.m. today, Nov. 7, 2012, at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Moreland, Ky., by Bro. Kevin Pittman. 

Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Smith Cemetery in Roanoke, W.Va.
