Christy Solis
1984-2013
Christy Anne Berry Robinson Solis, 28, of Nicholasville, beloved wife of Luis Solis, passed away on March 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
Born May 27, 1984, in Danville, Ky., she was a daughter of Teresa Poirier Zarate. She was a graduate of Boyle County High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. Christy worked at Macy’s Department Store and was joining the Jehovah’s Witness Church.
Additional survivors include a sister, Tracy Berry; a brother, James Robinson, and wife Samantha; grandparents, Lucille and Jimmy Hinds; an uncle, Michael Poirier, and wife Garnetta; three aunts, Sherri Poirier, Cathy Schmiers and Lisa Gayheart; a niece; three nephews; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Edward Poirier.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Stith Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Denton officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the service time Friday at Stith Funeral Home.
