COCOA BEACH, Fla. — Col. James Woodrow Ferguson, U.S. Army, retired, died Aug. 15 in Jacksonville, Fla. He lived in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
Born Nov. 3, 1923, in Ashland, Ky., he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and retired from the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Daisy Virginia Hogsten Ferguson; and his brother, Charles Stuart Ferguson of Danville, Ky.
Services were Dec. 3 at Old Post Chapel, Fort Myer, with burial with full military rites at Arlington National Cemetery.
