HARRODSBURG — Connie Springate Chapman, 66, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013.
She was born Nov. 8, 1946, to the late Con and Mildred Loraine Black Springate.
In addition to her husband, Darrell Chapman, survivors include one daughter, Melissa Peach (Keith) Robinson; one sister, Diane Springate Peavler; and one grandson, Colton Robinson.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Hancock officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday and after 7 a.m. Tuesday.
