1985-2013
LIBERTY — Don T. Ledford, 27, of Liberty, died Tuesday at the U.K. Medical Center.
Born May 7, 1985, in Newport News, Va., he was a son of George Talmadge and Donna Price Ledford of Liberty. He was an environmental contractor and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Brittany Atwood Ledford; a sister, Jaime Elizabeth (Mike) Jones of Liberty; niece and nephew, Anna and Ben Jones of Liberty; father and mother-in-law, Darrell and Jeanie Atwood of Liberty; brother and sister-in-law, Darren and Courtney Atwood of Liberty; grandmother, Christine Keesee of Danville; and grandparents-in-law, Cecil and Norma Jean Hatter of Liberty.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Ruth Price, Don T. Ledford and Tom D. Keesee; and grandparents-in-law, Clyde and Lois Atwood.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel officiated by the Revs. Jimmy Brown and Rodney Smith. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Jones, Darren Atwood, Jayson Grider, Ray Sandusky, Darrin and Joe Wesley, Cody Hayes and Chad Payne.
Honorary pallbearers will be Sam, Corey and Casey Price, Jason Payne, Brad Fleener, Jesse Millroy, City of Liberty employees and Franklin Price Inc. employees.
Visitation is 6 p.m. today at Bartle Funeral Home.
