WAYNESBURG — Doris Benge VanHook, 94, of Waynesburg, died Thursday, June 7, 2012.
Born Oct. 14, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Newt and Lula Westerfield Benge, and a member of Eubank Baptist Church. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vola VanHook.
Survivors include daughters Lois Sharpe, Debra Petrey and Jean Correll; and son, Larry VanHook.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, at Barnett and Demrow Funeral Home with the Rev. Shelby Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at White Lily Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Barnett and Demrow Funeral Home.
