MORELAND — Edgar Jackson Propes Sr., 47, of Liberty, died Saturday, June 16, 2012.
Born May 23, 1965, he was a son of the late Hobert Eugene and Ruby Mae Barger Propes.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Brock Propes; four sons, Edgar Jackson “E.J.” Propes II, Kenneth Propes, Kevin Asbery and Travis Asbery; two daughters, Amanda (Jimmy) Cooper and Jennifer (Tim) Barber; a grandchild, “Baby John” Barber; three brothers, Donald (Shirley) Propes, Darrell (Phyllis) Propes and Norman Propes; and four sisters, Brenda Luster, Linda (Jerry) Payton, Wanda Johnson and Alma (Chuck) Schmiers.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Ronnie Dobson. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
