CRAB ORCHARD — Gene Edward Nicholas, the beloved husband of Dorothy Ilene Harness Nicholas, passed away Nov. 17, 2012, in Ohio at the age of 70.
Additional survivors include Edward Allen Nicholas and his wife, Sonja; Michael W. Nicholas; Kathy and her husband, Jimmy Osborne; David Nicholas; James Nicholas and his wife, Carol; and Greg Nicholas and his wife, Tonya. He is survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He also is survived by a sister, Virginia, and her husband, Lenual Brown.
Funeral services will be noon Saturday, Nov. 24, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harold Harness officiating.
Burial will be in Bethel Church of Christ Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hodapp Funeral Home in Liberty Township, Ohio, and after 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at McKnight Funeral Home.
